From laboratory testing to industrial implementation — we support each stage of process optimization and technical cooperation.
Initial Technical Assessment
The client sends a description of the process, current operating conditions and the main technical challenge. Based on the provided information, we evaluate the optimization potential and determine the most suitable direction for further testing and cooperation.
Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing can be carried out either in Klimana laboratories or jointly at the customer’s site. The testing program is selected individually based on ore characteristics, process conditions and production targets.
In some cases, if we already have successful experience with similar ores or process conditions, short industrial trials may be initiated directly.
Industrial Trials
Initial industrial trials are usually organized as short-term pilot tests in cooperation with the plant. Klimana specialists participate in:
- reagent preparation,
- dosing adjustment,
- process monitoring,
- technical evaluation of results.
Initial testing is commonly performed free of charge.
If the expected effect is confirmed, extended industrial trials and implementation are carried out together with the customer.
Technical Support & Equipment
Klimana provides technical support throughout the implementation process, including:
- reagent optimization,
- dosing recommendations,
- on-site technical assistance,
- process monitoring,
- supply of dosing equipment when required.
Our goal is not only to supply reagents, but also to achieve stable and measurable industrial results.
